  • 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Prepared Garlic (In a jar)
  • 1 tablespoon Prepared Ginger (In a jar)
  • 3/4 pound Cantonese Noodles (medium size rice noodles is what is usually used) [340 gms]
  • 4 cups Frozen Baby Peas
