Ingredients

  • 1 sponge cake, homemade or store bought, cut into 1-cm cubes
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries (250 ml)
  • 1/4 of cantaloupe, sliced into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup grapes cut in half (250 ml)
  • 2 oranges peeled and segmented
  • 1/3 cup kirsch or other liqueur (75 ml)
  • 2/3 cup whipping (35 %) cream, whipped (150 ml)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese (500 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (45 ml)
  • Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla (7 ml)
  • Cocoa powder, for garnish
