Special Restaurant Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup shortening

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups flour

2 5/8 cups oatmeal, ground in a blender til it resembles flour(will make ~2 cups oat flour)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

12 ounces chocolate chips(1 large package)

4 ounces Hershey chocolate candy bars, grated

1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
