  • 1/3 cup (60g) icing sugar mixture
  • 125g chilled butter, chopped
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup (80g) macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup (80g) cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup (70g) pecan halves
  • 1 tbs plain fl our, extra
  • 1/4 cup (55g) brown sugar
  • 50g butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, lightly whisked
  • 3/4 cup (185ml) pure maple syrup
  • Pure cream, to serve
