  • 60g butter, softened, chopped
  • 70g Dolfin Chocolate Noir Au The Earl Grey (see note), or dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 300g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • Marmalade cream

  • 90g (1/4 cup) Roses blood orange marmalade
  • 300g mascarpone
