  • 450g blue-eye cod, skinned, pin-boned

  • 75g butter
  • 1/2 cup (75g) plain flour
  • 200ml thick cream
  • Pinch of grated nutmeg
  • 2 tbs chopped dill
  • 2 tbs chopped flat-leaf parsley
