Harissa with marinated chicken and couscous

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 4 chicken breasts with skin on, wingbone attached (optional)

  • 2 long red chillies, seeds removed, chopped
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
