  • 150g (1 cup) plain flour
  • 150g (1 cup) self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Orange custard

  • 500ml (2 cups) pouring cream
  • 500ml (2 cups) milk
  • 1 orange
  • 12 egg yolks
  • 250g caster sugar
  • 2 tbs Grand Marnier (optional)
