Ingredients

5-5/8 oz. (1-1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. table salt
3/4 cup unsalted shelled pistachio nuts (3-1/2 oz.)
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries (2-1/2 oz.)
1 large egg
1 large egg white
1 Tbs. finely grated orange zest (from about 2 oranges)
1 Tbs. fresh orange juice
3/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
