Spinach Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

1 package (10 ounces) fresh spinach leaves torn in bite-size pieces

2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Seasoned Croutons

2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 6 ounces)

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 medium red onion, thinly sliced

2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

3/4 cup vegetable oil

3 tablespoons vinegar

2 teaspoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Description

Fresh Spinach Is Tossed With Sliced Mushrooms, Crisp Bacon, Red Onion, Hard Cooked Eggs And Crunchy Croutons, Then Dressed With A Warm Sweet-sour Vinaigrette.  Doesn't That Sound Delicious?  It Is!
