  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter softened
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (not Dutch process) plus additional for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 large Eggs at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Confectioners' Sugar
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoonGround Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
