- 2 T dry Sherry, optional
- 1 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c milk, whipping cream or evaporated milk
- 4 c fresh Broccoli florets or
- 2 (10 oz) pkgs. frozen Broccoli chopped, thawed
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 c shredded Mexican-style taco cheese
- 1 pound bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
