Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups lightly packed watercress
  • 1 cantaloupe, halved, seeded, peeled, and cut into thin wedges
  • 2 cups red and/or yellow pear or cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese (chevre) with garlic and herbs
