  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon finely shredded orange peel
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup toasted chopped hazelnuts (filberts)
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast or active dry yeast
  • 1 recipe Orange Icing (optional) (see below)
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries

Before Making This Bread, Be Sure The Capacity Of Your Bread Machine Pan Is 10 Cups Or More--this Loaf Is Too Lofty For Smaller Pans.
