Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 small apples, such as Jonathan (about 1-1/2 lb.), or 6 medium apples, such as Granny Smith or Braeburn* (about 2 lb.)
  • 1 Ginger Ale Ice (see Recipe Center)
