- 2 ounces goat cheese (chevre)
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup toasted chopped hazelnuts
- 6 artichokes, steamed and halved, or canned, drained (optional)
