  • 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 of a fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 thin slice fresh ginger
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
