  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring
  • 2 whole cloves
