Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 7 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 ounces Camembert cheese, rind removed and cut up (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese (2 ounces)
