1/2 pound green beans,cut diagonally in half
1/2 cup olive oil, preferably extra-virgin
3 tablespoons balsamic or red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed hot red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 small red onion, chopped
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 (2-ounce) can anchovies rolled in capers
