2 cups coarsely chopped mixed candied fruits and peels
1 cup candied cherries, halved
1 cup Sun-Maid Zante Currants
1/2 cup bourbon or orange juice
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
6 eggs
1/2 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 cups Diamond Walnuts, coarsely chopped
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Candied fruits, for garnish
Diamond Walnut halves, for garnish
