2 cans (7.5 oz. each) Bumble Fee red or pink salmon
1 can (12 1/2 oz.) Bumble Bee solid or chunk white tuna
1 can (8 oz.) Bumble Bee whole oysters (drained)
1 each sm. red and green pepper, julienned
1/2 cucumber peeled, quar-tered and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/4 cup capers (optional)
1/2 cup light cream cheese
1 cup low-calorie vinaigrette dressing green leaf lettuce lemon wedges
