1/4 cup white wine
1 cup cracked wheat berries (bulgur), California short grain brown rice or millet
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 red, green or yellow pep-per, diced
1 carrot, grated
1 cup broccoli, trimmed to sm. florets and steamed slightly
1/2 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1 each yellow crookneck and zucchini, quartered and thinly sliced
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) Bumble Bee salmon (red or pink, skinless and boneless)
1/2 cup each chopped toasted walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts
1-2 tbs. freshly chopped dill
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese Dressing:
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1 tbs. lemon juice Garnish: lemon wheels dill sprigs
