3 1/2 cups water
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh or frozen spinach
1 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 bay leaf
Pinch of dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup dry elbow macaroni
