1 Large Onion, chopped coarse
5 Stalks of Celery, chopped coarse
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tsp. Fresh, Grated Ginger
3 Tbs. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Can Water Chestnuts, drained
Garlic to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
