2 cans (73/4 ounces each) crab meat, drained (reserve 1 cup flaked crab meat)
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk solids
1/2 cup prater
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground mace
4 teaspoons arrowroot
Cold water
2 tablespoons dry sherry
3 tablespoons finely sliced celery for garnish
