1 large head romaine, chilled
3 green onions, finely chopped (include green tops)
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves Salt and ground black pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup salad oil Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound bacon, cooked until crisp
2 or 3 tomatoes, peeled and cut in eighths
1 cup croutons
