- 1 14/5 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 14 oz cans chicken broth
- 1 14 oz can beef broth
- 1 tsp Emiril's Original Essence, or more to taste
- 2 tsp Emiril's Bayou Blast Essence, or more to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 15 oz cans Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 16 oz cans dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 9 oz fresh spinach, chopped
- Fresh cilantro, optional
