- 1 TBSP Sugar
- 1 TSP Garlic
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1/2 TSP fresh ground black peper
- 1 TBPS Chopped onion, fresh or dried
Description
Artichoke Halves Are Marinated In A Balsamic Vinaigrette Mixture With Olive Oil, Garlic And Onion. After Grilling, The Cavities Of The Artichokes Are Filled With More Of The Vinaigrette.
