Artichoke Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Large artichokes
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 TSP Garlic
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1/2 TSP fresh ground black peper
  • 1 TBPS Chopped onion, fresh or dried

Description

Artichoke Halves Are Marinated In A Balsamic Vinaigrette Mixture With Olive Oil, Garlic And Onion. After Grilling, The Cavities Of The Artichokes Are Filled With More Of The Vinaigrette.
