Apple Pork


  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. butter, softened
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 medium cooking apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 pounds pork cutlets
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 or 2 cans (28 oz. each) baked beans
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly


Pork Cutlets Are Browned And Baked Atop A Layer Of Baked Beans. They Are Spread With Apple Jelly And Covered With A Sugar-and-spice Mixture Of Sliced Apples.
