  • 1/2 lb romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 lb baby spinach
  • 2 artichoke hearts, in water
  • 1 small can baby corn
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1/4 cup whole greek olives (pitted)
  • 3 Tbsp blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp feta cheese
  • 1 slice French bread or 1 crispy roll
  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp green peas, fresh
  • 1/4 cup tofu
  • Cooking oil
  • Favorite dressing (a sesame goddess dressing recommended)
