- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard (yellow or dijon)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- Buttered fine dry bread crumbs or crushed croutons (optional)
