Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard (yellow or dijon)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • Buttered fine dry bread crumbs or crushed croutons (optional)

Description

Ordinary Macaroni And Velveeta Cheese Becomes Extra Special By The Addition Of A White Sauce Made With Cream Cheese And Prepared Mustard.
