  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin (1 envelope)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

Description

Cream Of Coconut. Crushed Pineapple, Milk, Rum And Unflavored Gelatin Is Heated And Chilled In Custard Cups, And Served On A Sauce Of Caramel And Pineapple Juice.
