  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel (plus more for garnish)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Topping:
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons limoncello lemon liqueur
  • 1/4 cup sugar
