Ingredients

  • Poblano Stuffed Chicken:
  • 4 - Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 2 - fresh Poblano Chili peppers
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 cups - Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Parsley - a handful, chopped
  • 3 - Green Onions, chopped
  • 3 TB - Daniel's seasoning Blend (see below)
  • Port Wine Mushroom Sauce:
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb - Cremini or Button Mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 cups Port Wine
  • 3/4 cup Heavy whipping Cream
  • Salt/Pepper (to taste)
  • Daniel's seasoning Blend:(mix together)
  • 3 part - Kosher Salt
  • 2 part - Black Pepper
  • 2 part - Garlic Powder
  • 2 part - Onion Powder
  • 1 part - Chili Powder
  • 1 part - Dried Oregano
  • 1 part - Dried Thyme
  • 1 part - Dried Rosemary
  • 1 part - Dried Basil
  • 1 part - dried Red Pepper Flakes

Description
