- Port Wine Mushroom Sauce:
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb - Cremini or Button Mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4 cups Port Wine
- 3/4 cup Heavy whipping Cream
- Salt/Pepper (to taste)
- Daniel's seasoning Blend:(mix together)
- 3 part - Kosher Salt
- 2 part - Black Pepper
- 2 part - Garlic Powder
- 2 part - Onion Powder
- 1 part - Chili Powder
- 1 part - Dried Oregano
- 1 part - Dried Thyme
- 1 part - Dried Rosemary
- 1 part - Dried Basil
- 1 part - dried Red Pepper Flakes
