- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
