Tennessee Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ziti or penne pasta, cooked
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp ground oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 16 oz carton ricotta cheese
  • 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs

This Lasagna Uses Penne Pasta, Red Wine, And Plenty Of Cheese, Giving It A Slight Variation Yet Not Straying Too Far From The Original.
