Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef or a combination of ground chuck and sirloin
  • 1 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh Italian parsley
  • 3 tablespoons freshly cracked peppercorns
  • 1 large red onion, peeled and thinly sliced into rings
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil for frying
  • 6 large soft Kaiser rolls, split
