- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 14.5-ounce can petite diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef stock or a 14.5-ounce can reduced-sodium beef broth
- 3 14.5-ounce cans black beans, rinsed and drained
