  • 3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar   
  • 3 cups (16 ounces) raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)   
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed, plus additional if needed   
  • Fresh raspberries, as optional garnish
