Mushroom and Blue Cheese Crostini

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup diced pancetta
  • 1 pound assorted fresh mushrooms, cleaned and coarsely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 18 (1/2-inch) diagonally sliced sourdough baguette slices
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Description
