    1/3 cup White or gold tequila

    1/2cup Triple sec

    3/4 cup Fresh lime juice

    1 teaspoon Salt plus more to taste

    2 or 3 large cloves garlic, crushed

    1 tablespoon Olive Oil, extra virgin

    3 medium Tomatoes, diced

    1 medium Onion, finely chopped

    1 tablespoon Minced jalapeno or serrano chilies, or more to taste

    2 To 4 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

    1 pinch of sugar

    Fresh ground Black Pepper to taste
