1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup becel oilive oil margarine
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 tbsp agave nectar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups spelt flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
