    meat with bones(goat/ beef/lamb) 1 lb
    eggplant 1 large
    cooking oil 1/4 cup
    salt 1 tsp
    red pepper powder 1/2 tsp
    turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
    whole garam masala(cumin seeds,cloves,black peppercorns,cinnamon stick, bay leaf, black cardamom) 1 tbsp
    corriander powder 1/2 tsp
    minced garlic 1tsp
    minced ginger 1 tsp
    jalapeno pepper sliced (half)
    minced cilantro 1 tbsp
    onions sliced 1 medium
    tomatoes chopped 2 large
    water 2-3 cups
