Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients

    1 cup cooked brown rice
    8 oz frozen shrimp, with tails off **
    1/2 cup frozen peas & carrots
    2 green onions, chopped
    1egg, beaten
    1tbsp olive oil
    1tbsp soy sauce
    pepper to taste

    **Can also substitute 8oz of cooked chicken, beef, or pork. For Vegetarian style add 1 cup assorted chopped fresh vegetable such as asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, or cabbage.**
