Ingredients
- 1/4 c Skinny Gina's Pumpkin butter (or other pumpkin butter)
1/4 c nonfat milk
3 oz nonfat greek yogurt
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon, to taste)
1 tsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/2 small banana, sliced and frozen (optional)
1/4 cup ice cubes
Description
I've Divided The Recipe In Half To Only Make One Serving. I Added Frozen Banana To The Recipe And Used 1/4 Cup Yogurt Rather Than 3 Oz. As A Result, Nutritional Values Reflect These Changes.
