Full Veg Soup With Lentil & Bacon

Ingredients

    50g red lentils
    200g parsnip
    150g carrot
    350g potato
    200g leek
    150g onion
    o/oil 2 tbsp
    50 penne pasta (or other)
    4 bacon rashers cooked & choppe
    (cut all fat off after cooking)

    2 bay leaf
    0.5 tsp sage
    2 tsp brown sauce
    2 tsp tomato sauce
    2 tsp worc sauce

    1..5 pints of stock, using brovil (2 tsp per pint), i.e 3 for a total of 1.5 pints

    25g plain flour (as thickering agent)
