1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk/cream/evap milk
2 tbsp dry sherry/sauterne, apple juice
1/2 cup Swiss cheese (I use Kraft cheddar/mozza)
2 cups (minimum) shellfish meat (I used 35 medium shrimp, 1/2 pkg small scallops (about 25), and a can of crab meat)
3 tbsp chopped scallions
salt/pepper to taste maybe a bit of paprika or Mrs. Dash
