Ingredients
- 1 can Garbanzo beans (rinsed and drained)
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup Cocoa powder
3/4 cup oat flour (or ground whole oats in a food processor)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 cup prune puree- this substitutes oil, you could use oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup rice milk (almond milk would also work)
