    1-28oz. can chopped tomatoes
    1/8 t. cayenne pepper
    1.5 c. long grain rice
    1.5 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined (size doesn't matter)
    1/2c. onion, chopped
    1/4c. fresh parsley, chopped
